Applications are being accepted for entry into the “Korea International Women’s Invention Exposition”.

KIPO and the Korea Women Inventors Association (KWIA) will hold the “Korea International Women’s Invention Exposition 2017” from June 8 (Thu) to 11 (Sun), 2017 at KINTEX, Seoul, Korea.

This year marks the 10th anniversary of the “Korea International Women’s Invention Exposition”. Since the exposition was first held in 2008, every year it has served as a global exposition for women inventors by providing the chance to participate in exhibitions, to share information and experience, to learn about new technological trends, and to promote their current innovations.

The “Korea International Women’s Invention Exposition” is eligible to all women, over the age of 17 years, who is able to design and register patents, and apply for related rights.
Women who wish to participate in the event can apply for the event until May 9 (Tuesday) through the homepage (http://www.kiwie.or.kr). Starting this year, if you have confirmed to participate during the early application period (April 17), you will receive discounts on special fees. Also, there is a possibility of additional discounts for such companies as a one-man company, a small business or a handicapped company.
